Diamond Molybdenum Plating

Diamond surface coating refers to the use of surface treatment technology to coat the surface of diamond with a thin film of other materials. As the coating material, it is usually metal (including alloy), such as copper, nickel, titanium, molybdenum and copper-tin alloy, copper-tin-titanium alloy, nickel-cobalt alloy, nickel-cobalt-phosphorus alloy, etc.; the coating material is also non-metallic material, such as ceramics, titanium carbide, titanium nitride and other compounds of refractory hard materials. When the coating material is metal, it can also be called diamond surface metallization.

Classification:

Coated Diamond Powder

Description

The purpose of surface coating is to give diamond particles special physical and chemical properties, thus improving their use. For example, the service life of resin grinding wheels made with surface coated diamond abrasives is greatly extended.
